Homeopathy is an established system of medicine that is safe, gentle and effective for all to use—from babies to those over 100! It is a holistic therapy which recognizes that we are all unique and express illness in different ways. Treatment is based upon safe remedies which are prepared from natural sources.
The aim of this workshop is to provide:
- an understanding of what homeopathy is and its philosophy
- what homeopathy can treat
- how it integrates with traditional medicine and other therapies
- a guide on how homeopathy can be used at home to treat minor ailments and first aid situations
- a discussion on several useful homeopathic remedies (arnica, calendula, chamomile)
