I first discovered homeopathy after the birth of my two children when I was struggling with my own symptoms and conditions and was ready to take a new approach to my health. I was a busy working mother raising two small children and often suffered with reoccurring tonsillitis, lack of energy, multiple colds and viruses and could feel my health deteriorating further and I wanted to take my health into my own hands.
From the first consultation with a Homeopath and the first prescribed remedy - it changed my life. I felt listened to, supported, and understood and the remedy helped my body to heal. With my eyes suddenly wide open I could then see a new path before me, I could make a difference to my own health as well as my family without relying on pharmaceutical drugs with side effects - we all experienced dramatic improvements. I bought myself a homeopathic first aid kit from my homeopath and I was instantly hooked. I started helping friends and family with symptoms like persistent coughs, cramp and vertigo.
In 2016 I was introduced to the book written by Anthony Williams the Medical Medium 'secrets behind chronic illness and how to finally heal' which instantly resonated so I instantly applied these ideas. In 2017 I studied with Muneeza Ahmed Intuitive, on a Holistic Practitioner programme and started to help others heal symptoms through, food, herbs and quality clean supplementation.
Another part of my work which is extremely rewarding is supporting new mothers and babies as a Breastfeeding Practitioner. I love meeting new people, meeting new mums and their babies is a joy, supporting them through the early days by building relationships, offering advice and watching them flourish.
I have studied homeopathy with the School of Homeopathy in Stroud for over 6 years and it has been wonderful to learn with experienced and uplifting Homeopaths.
With any spare time, we like to travel to France and practice speaking to the locals. I also sing in a band and we perform at weddings and celebrations. I love to tend to the garden and my favourite thing is chatting to new people! Much to my teenage childrens embarrassment, I am the one who strikes up conversation with total strangers in the local cafe! I live in Tiverton with my family and our two cats Salvador and Delilah.
When you choose me as your Homeopath you choose somebody who will listen, hear you and apply all my knowledge and skills to help you move in the direction of healing.
I have a dedicated clinic space in Tiverton and Exeter and look forward to welcoming you either in-person or online via Zoom.
